This freshener has a distinct spicy fragrance which does keep the inside of the helmet quite odour free. It's summer time now, so dust and sweat is part and parcel, yet after a long days travel, the helmet still smells good (not as strong as in the morning but good enough). It's almost been 3 weeks since I am using it. Now, it is to be seen for how long this lasts. 👍
