While these gloves are not waterproof, you can easily wear them in the rainy season as they are easy to clean as it is a quick dry material.

Hand wash and not machine wash. You may soak your gloves in room temperature water to clean. Wipe the gloves with a damp cloth and neutral soap for the tough stains. Allow the gloves to dry slowly, they could be kept in front of a fan. Store your gloves in a dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight. You could use silica gel sachets to store them.
