The Tiivra balaclava uses a fabric that has moisture-wicking capabilities - basically if you sweat it wicks the sweat away and helps you stay comfortable and cool during the ride. This means that they are not waterproof.

I'm already using rynox,viaterra but tiivra fabric is so soft,comfortable and easy to breath rather than others.

Red heat slash cut balaklava

Absolutely loved it, I liked how it is breathable and so thin, the slash cut helps get ride of extra cloth in the front and thats what i liked the most.
