Our high-performance armor composites are specially engineered materials. Glass, Carbon or Kevlar fibers are woven to give the structural integrity of steel yet are lighter than plastic.


Unlike ABS or Polycarbonate that cave in upon impact, armor composites distribute the shock over the entire surface area. This distribution results in much lighter impact distortion on the head and minimizes the chances of injuries.

Glass Fiber

With its high tensile strength and lightweight, Glass Fiber is used in niche industries such as automotive, aerospace and defense. This chemical resistant material is weather-proof and has minimal maintenance requirements. It is highly durable and has a long life even in demanding conditions.

Carbon Fiber

A material that is 10x stronger than steel and 5x lighter, Carbon Fiber is replacing the standard industrial materials by a storm in the automotive industry. It has good vibration dampening properties and has the toughness to be used in spacecrafts and missiles.

Carbon-Kevlar

As good as Carbon Fiber, this material is even lighter and has better abrasive strength than Carbon or Glass. This material is used to make bulletproof armor. The fusion of Kevlar and Carbon Fiber gives almost 100-125% improved impact resistance.

For better aerodynamic flow around the helmet, we worked on optimising the surface design with continuous state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics (CFD) testing. In addition, we added spoilers and integrated vortex generators at the back to direct the high-speed winds exiting the contact area.
