FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I select a size for my Tiivra balaclava?

The Tiivra balaclava is a One-size fits all riding accessory. With its no scrunch tuck fit, it will fit perfectly for your short and long rides.

Will this be a limited edition product?

Yes! The Rezang La balaclava is a limited edition product, with only 240 total units in circulation.

Is the balaclava waterproof?

The Tiivra balaclava uses a fabric that has moisture-wicking capabilities - basically if you sweat it wicks the sweat away and helps you stay comfortable and cool during the ride. This means that they are not waterproof.

What sets us apart?

Tiivra balaclavas have been constructed with high-performance material: mesh for breathability and ventilation, 4-way stretch for an easy fit and moisture-wicking, quick-dry fabric. But it's our kick-ass designs and colours that make you stand out on and off the road.

Can I return or exchange the product?

Balaclavas are like innerwear for the head so we do not offer returns on this product.
