Shipping
Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days from the date of order. For helmets, delivery can take 3-5 days due to our small batch processing. But trust us, it’s worth the wait.
Mega Clearance Sale - June 2025
Products purchased during the Mega Clearance Sale, starting June 20 2025, are subject to a No-Return and No-Exchange policy. The only exceptions to this policy are Helmets and Riding Jeans, for which only exchange requests can be raised on the basis of sizing, and this could take 1-2 weeks. The cost of shipment for the exchanged product to be sent will be borne by the customer.
Freebies, also, cannot be returned. In case of any product defects or damage, please get in touch with us at connect@tiivra.com before returning.
Warranty - Helmets
Who’s Covered?
The warranty extends exclusively to the original purchaser of a Tiivra helmet and cannot be transferred.
What’s Covered?
Tiivra helmets are guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for 1, 2, or 3 years, depending on the specific product. Should your Tiivra product exhibit any defects within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost, provided you promptly report the issue and discontinue use of the item.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Regular wear and tear.
- Damage from accidents, falls, or misuse.
- Paint fading or degradation due to environmental exposure.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty becomes void and Tiivra is not liable under the following conditions:
- Accidental damage.
- Scratches, abrasions, or paint issues from impacts.
- Damage due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or misuse of internal and external components.
- Modifications including painting, lacquering, or alterations to the helmet’s shell or interior lining.
- Damage from harmful chemicals or improper visor attachment.
- Issues arising from the use of incompatible accessories from other brands.
- Minor paint finish imperfections visible only up close (around 0.7 meters).
- Normal aging of internal fibers or foam and cosmetic wear on external parts.
- Loss of color intensity from prolonged exposure to weather.
How to Request a Warranty Replacement
To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Report any defects immediately and cease use of the product. If your Tiivra helmet is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Warranty - Gloves
We have a 6-month warranty on our gloves. The warranty specifically covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, user errors, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, any customisation or personalisation, accidental damage or the degradation of the materials that occur after use.
