The S/L size is a good fit for 11"-14" arm circumference. The XL/3XL size is a good fit for 14"-17" arm circumference. This product is unisex.

Are these sold as single sleeves?

All sleeves are sold in pairs - meaning you will get 2 sleeves

Can I return or exchange the product?

We have an easy no-questions asked exchange and return policy within 15 days of delivery. However, we do not offer exchanges or returns on XL/3XL size sleeves which were bought during the 50% discount sale.

if u r looking for asthetic more than practicality go for it.... stretching is okay, ventilation is also okay and it'll be loose on the bicep.... but if u r looking for practicality then go to decathlon.... costs half than this better in stretching, ventillation and fitting but isent as asthetic as this much....
